I recently had a session with Kairos (photo in this post). Kairos is approximately 10 weeks old and I have been working with him for a while. In his previous incarnation he was known as Amigo and before that Erik. I had the pleasure and privilege to work with him as Amigo and also as Kairos. When I connect with and talk to animals who are in physical form, I always have a feeling or knowing that there is another part of them present, a larger part of who they are. This energy usually feels like a wise grandparent watching over the part of them that inhabits the physical body; that part of them which has chosen to have a physical experience. I personally call this energy their soul or higher self.
The purpose of this specific conversation was to talk to Kairos about the rocks he had been picking up and playing with when he went outside, little did I know that Kairos had another objective in mind. When I initially begin a conversation with an animal, I first make a connection through my heart center and then secondly connect to them with my mind. Once both connections are present, an image of the animal materializes in my mind’s eye. Very similar to an internal TV screen being turned on. The first thing I usually see is the animal looking like it exists in physical form and then its energy field or aura shows itself to me. Today was different and I could feel that Kairos had something he wanted to share with me, a wonderful and expansive lesson.
Kairos’ image appeared in my mind’s eye as normal, but the image was completely and totally bright emerald green. Around him, but not touching him, was a bright amethyst purple color. I sat there for a few minutes, taking it all in and attempting to understand what I was seeing. I could clearly see Kairos moving around in the room and everywhere he went this giant purple cloud of energy surrounded him. It was everywhere, around him and it filled the room. It felt so big. After a few moments I received information about what I was seeing. The purple color was Kairos’ soul or higher self, the larger part of him that is always present, but is not actually in his physical body. This realization helped me remember a video that I had watched a few years ago. It was of a brain scientist who experienced a stroke and was aware of all her energy, the energy that existed within her physical body and the rest of it that was outside and around her body. One of the things she talked about while re-telling her experience; was wondering how she was going to get all of herself back into her body because she was so expansive. This experience with Kairos really helped me cement in the knowledge that we are always surrounded by a wise, expansive and loving being. We are never alone. Through opening our heart centers we can connect with and feel the love that our souls have for us. Knowing that love, is the most powerful energy in the universe.
