Animal Communication Consultations
Animal communication consultations are available through e-mail or telephone. Debbie receives information remotely just as if she was there with your animal. It works from anywhere; across the city, across the country or across the world. A photo of your animal companion is requested for e-mail and telephone consultations. A photo helps Debbie make the initial connection and ensures she is talking to the correct animal.

Scheduling and Payment
Business Hours: Debbie’s hours are 10AM – 4PM, Tuesday through Friday and 10AM – 2PM on Saturday, Arizona time. Some evening consultations are also available by appointment. Most inquiries are returned by the next business day, although inquiries received on Friday and over the weekend may be returned on the following Tuesday.

Payment Policy: Due to increased demand for appointments, payment is required in advance to reserve your scheduled appointment time. You can use PayPal or mail a check. Contact Debbie at [email protected] for a mailing address.
Note: You do not need to have an account to use PayPal; only a credit card is needed.
Emergency Consultations: A limited number of emergency consultations are available outside normal business hours (10AM – 4PM, Tues. - Fri. and 10AM – 12PM on Sat., Az. time) or in between regularly scheduled appointments. Emergency sessions are useful when you need to communicate with your animal companion because of an illness or accident. Also for end-of-life decisions or for a lost or missing animal (see below for more information), etc. Debbie will schedule your session as soon as possible based on her availability. There is an additional fee of $75 for emergency sessions.

New Clients: Debbie strongly recommends a 30 or 45 minute appointment for first-time clients. unless the issue is fairly basic or straightforward. This provides ample time for obtaining your animal companion’s complete history and context and also allows for sufficient time for discussion and recommendations.
Returned Checks: A charge of $35 will be incurred on returned checks. Canceling & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment a 48 hour notice is required to receive a refund, minus any Paypal service fees incurred.
Lost or Missing Animals
Debbie has a different protocol for communicating with lost and missing animals. She conducts sessions offline (not on the phone) to ensure that she gets a deep and clear connection to retrieve and document as much information as possible.
As an Animal Communicator, Debbie connects to her animal clients (both those in physical form and those in spirit) and acts as a translator. She asks them questions and relays information to them. Anything that she receives will come from the animal's perspective. When animals are lost or missing, they may not know exactly where they are or how they got there.
Telephone Sessions
Telephone sessions are conducted interactively. Debbie recommends that you have a list of questions prepared for the call. Please send Debbie a photo of your animal(s) prior to your scheduled appointment.
Sessions routinely range from 15 – 60 minutes and cost from $45 – $225.
You can request a recording of the call for an additional $5. If you choose to have the call recorded, Debbie will provide you with a call-in number for your scheduled session. She will then follow-up with a sound file of your session via email within 3 – 5 days after the call.
Payment is required 72 hours in advance to reserve your scheduled appointment time.

After the session, Debbie will send you a complete transcript of the conversation via e-mail. Once you’ve reviewed the transcript you have the opportunity to ask additional questions.

Animal Communication Coaching and Intuitive Development
Private sessions with Debbie customized to meet your own needs. Sessions 60 – 90 minutes in length and are conducted by telephone. All sessions are recorded and Debbie will provide you with a call-in number for your scheduled session. She will provide you with a sound file via email within 3 – 5 days after the call. Individual sessions cost $175 or a three session package is available for $450.

We request that payment for e-mail and phone consultations be received in advance of your session.
